In September 2022, consumer prices in the European Union shot up 10% (!) compared with the same month a year earlier. Inflation eats up our salaries and savings. Whether it’s at the cashier or when paying the electricity bill.

While the U.S. or the U.K. have raised interest rates, the European Central Bank (ECB) has made comparatively small increases. Will this be enough to improve the situation?
